On April 2, 2008, the Foundation hosted a Children's Forum in NYC in partnership with Sanctuary for Families.
Moderator, Stone Phillips, and a panel of national experts enlightened the audience, largely composed of government officials, policy makers, and philanthropic and non-profit leaders, on what is happening to the youngest victims of domestic violence in our community, as their needs are often overlooked.
Our hope is that with increased knowledge and understanding, NYC will begin to move in a direction where all areas of the community work together to be an effective support system for these children.
